Shipping Policy
At LUNA&SKIN, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently. Our typical processing time is 1–3 business days after the order is placed. However, during periods of high demand, processing may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be sent to you once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note: The processing time for your order begins as soon as it is placed. Delivery time is the total time it takes for your order to reach you and includes both the processing time and the shipping time.

Important Note: If you are purchasing this as a Christmas gift, we strongly advise calculating sufficient time for both processing and shipping. We cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas due to delays caused by high demand or shipping carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain tracking information and instructions on how to monitor your order’s progress.
Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout as we may not be able to change your address after you have placed your order. We will not be responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and later request an address change, as it is not guaranteed that we can make the adjustment after processing begins.
Undelivered Items
If your order is undelivered and returned to our warehouse, we can arrange to resend the parcel under the following conditions:
- Customer Responsibility: If the delivery failed due to an incorrect address, refusal of the parcel, or failure to re-arrange delivery within the required timeframe, a re-shipment fee will apply. We will not be responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a failed delivery. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to contact your local post office or courier for redelivery or collection. Failure to retrieve the parcel due to an incorrect address does not entitle you to a refund or replacement. Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
- Refund Requests: If you choose not to have the parcel resent and instead request a refund, the re-shipment fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.
- Courier or Service Issues: If the delivery failure was due to an issue with the courier or our services, we will resend the parcel at no additional cost to you.
