At LUNA&SKIN, we stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a 3-Year Extended Warranty Policy for the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™ and RejuveMask™. This extended warranty provides protection for manufacturing defects and damage incurred during normal use of the product.

Warranty Coverage

  • The 3-Year Extended Warranty applies exclusively to customers who purchase the 3-Year Extended Warranty for a one-time fee of £14.99. You can purchase it from here.
  • This extended warranty adds an additional 3 years of protection on top of the original 1-year warranty, giving you a total of 4 years of coverage.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
  • The warranty is valid for one replacement per customer and applies to both the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™ and RejuveMask™.
  • Replacement products are subject to availability.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the extended warranty period (up to 4 years from the original purchase date).

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, are not covered under the warranty.
  • Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.

How To Purchase The Warranty

  • The 3-Year Extended Warranty can be purchased either at the time of your original order or added within 30 days of your purchase of the mask.
  • To ensure eligibility, please add your order note and quote your original purchase order number when purchasing this coverage.

Redemption Process

To redeem a replacement under the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@lunaandskin.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue(s) along with picture(s) of the damage.
  2. Additional Information: In some cases, we may request additional details or video evidence to assess the nature of the issue.
  3. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. The product must be returned using a trackable mail service.
  4. Replacement Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement promptly.

Important Notes

  • This extended warranty is valid for both the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™ and RejuveMask™. Other products or accessories are not covered under this warranty.
  • The 3-Year Extended Warranty is valid for one replacement per customer and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty does not apply to any products purchased from unauthorised sellers or retailers.
  • Please note that we discontinued the Lifetime Warranty and Replacement Coverage on 17/09/2024. However, customers who purchased this coverage prior to the cut-off date will still be eligible to claim under the Lifetime Warranty. If you purchased the Lifetime Warranty before this date, you can still enjoy its benefits.

  • 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If the product page for the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™ or RejuveMask™ explicitly mentions a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, this guarantee will also apply. For more details, please refer to our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy.
