At LUNA&SKIN, we stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty and Replacement Policy for the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage incurred during normal use of the product.

Warranty Coverage

• The Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to customers who purchase the Lifetime Warranty and Replacement Coverage for a one-time fee of £9.99. You can purchase it from here.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
• The warranty is valid for one replacement per customer and only applies to the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™.
• Replacement products are subject to availability.
• Warranty claims must be submitted within the lifetime of the original purchaser.

Exclusions

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, are not covered under the warranty.
• Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.

How To Purchase The Warranty

• The "Lifetime Warranty and Replacement Coverage" can be purchased either at the time of your original order or added within 30 days of your purchase of the mask.
• To ensure eligibility, please add your order note and quote your original purchase order number when purchasing this coverage.

Redemption Process

To redeem a replacement under the warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@lunaandskin.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue(s) along with picture(s) of the damage.
2. Additional Information: In some cases, we may request additional details or video evidence to assess the nature of the issue.
3. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. The product must be returned using a trackable mail service.
4. Replacement Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement promptly.

Important Notes

• This warranty is only valid for the LUNA&SKIN RegenMask™. Other products or accessories are not covered under this warranty.
• The Lifetime Warranty is valid for one replacement per customer and is non-transferable.
• The warranty does not apply to any products purchased from unauthorised sellers or retailers.
